Shipping Policy

THE WEST OCEAN TRADE LLC is dedicated to ensuring your medical supplies reach you promptly and safely.

1.⁠ ⁠Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (especially for high-demand items like PineMed), shipments may be delayed by a few days.

2.⁠ ⁠Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. we offer standard, expedited, and overnight shipping options across the United States and selected regions in the Americas.

3.⁠ ⁠Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4.⁠ ⁠International Shipping
We currently focus on the Americas. Please note that for shipments outside the United States, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the Buyer.

5.⁠ ⁠Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct. THE WEST OCEAN TRADE LLC is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address information provided by the customer. Items returned to us as "undeliverable" will be refunded minus the original shipping cost.
