Distance Sales Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between THE WEST OCEAN TRADE LLC, located at 2 S BISCAYNE BLVD STE 3200 MIAMI, FL 33131-1822-009 (“Seller”), and the individual or entity purchasing products via the website (“Buyer”).

1.⁠ ⁠Subject of the Agreement
The subject of this Agreement is the sale and delivery of the medical products (including but not limited to PineMed Baby Diapers with Urine Bags and Dermaped Zinc+ Adult Diapers) ordered by the Buyer electronically from the Seller’s website.

2.⁠ ⁠Product Information and Pricing
The features, sales price, and payment methods of the goods are as indicated on the product pages at the time the order is placed. All prices are in USD. The Seller reserves the right to change prices due to market fluctuations, though such changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

3.⁠ ⁠Delivery and Performance
The Seller shall deliver the products within the timeframe specified in the Shipping Policy. The Seller is responsible for delivering the product in a sound and complete manner, consistent with the specifications provided (e.g., specific weight ranges for PineMed: 0-5kg, 5-11kg, or 11+kg).

4.⁠ ⁠Medical Disclaimer
The Buyer acknowledges that PineMed is a single-use medical sample collection tool and is not intended for daily use as a standard diaper. Dermaped Zinc+ is an incontinence product designed for skin protection. These products do not replace professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

5.⁠ ⁠Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County.
