Return and Refund Policy

At THE WEST OCEAN TRADE LLC, we maintain strict hygiene and safety standards due to the medical nature of our products.

1.⁠ ⁠Returns Due to Hygiene Standards
Because PineMed and Dermaped Zinc+ are medical and personal care items, we cannot accept returns on opened packages or products where the sterile seal has been broken. This policy is in place to ensure the safety of all our customers and the integrity of medical diagnostic samples.

2.⁠ ⁠Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery. You must provide photographic evidence of the defect and the packaging. Upon verification, we will send a replacement at no additional cost or issue a full refund to your original payment method.

3.⁠ ⁠Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet entered the shipping process. Once an order is handed over to the carrier, it can no longer be cancelled.

4.⁠ ⁠Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days. The time it takes for the credit to appear on your statement depends on your financial institution.
